伤害性刺激对大鼠感觉皮质NOS阳性神经元影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究选用 Wistar大鼠 18只 ,分为正常对照组 6只 ,损伤致痛组 12只 ,分别在损伤后 30分钟和 3小时迅速断头处死。取大脑顶叶 ,用 NOS组织化学法和图像定量分析观察了损伤致痛条件下大鼠感觉皮质 NOS阳性神经元的变化。结果显示 ,损伤致痛后 NOS阳性神经元 NOS反应产物较对照组增多 ,图像定量分析结果经统计学处理 ,实验组与对照组比较有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,实验组 30分钟组与 3小时组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结果表明 NO参与感觉皮质对痛觉信息的中枢调制。 wistar rats were used and divided into normal control group ( 6) and injurious pain group ( 1 2 ) in this study. Rats caused by injurious pain were killed after being injured 30 mins and 3hs respectively. The changes of NOS positive neurons on the somesthetic cortex were observed by histochemistry and image quantitative analysis methods.The results showed thatthe amountof NOSin the injurious pain group was more than that of the control group,and the result of picture analysis also showed that marked difference compared with control group ( P<0 .0 1 ) .The experimental group in 30 min and in 3h had marked difference ( P<0 .0 5) . This paper indicated that NO was involved in the central regulation of somesthetic cortex to pain signal.
