摘要
选用未孕及怀孕 4~ 8天地鼠子宫内膜 ,用组织学、免疫组织化学染色及图像分析法 ,研究植入前后地鼠子宫内膜中 L N、 FN分布及含量的变化 ,探讨其与植入过程的相关关系。结果 :在未孕地鼠 ,L N主要分布于宫内膜各类上皮基膜内 ,FN存在于基膜及细胞外基质中。孕 4~ 8天 ,各类上皮基膜中 L N、FN表达明显增多 ,与未孕地鼠相比 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。随着蜕膜形成 ,蜕膜 (基质 )细胞周围 L N及 FN表达增多。上述结果表明 ,L N、
In order to find out the relationship between FN,LN and implantation process,immunohistochemical staining and image analysis methods were carried outon nonpregnancy and early pregnancy hamster uterus to observe the changes of LN,FN distribution and content in the perimpantation endometrium.Results showed that in nonpregmenthamster,LN was confined to the basementmembrane ofall kinds of epithelia in endometrium while FN was presentthroughoutthe stroma and in the basementmembrane.In4~ 8days of gestation,the expression of LN and FN obviously increased in the basement membrane of all kinds of epithelia.As compared with nonpregnent hamster,the difference was obvious statistically.The positive LN and FN immunostaining surrounded decidualized cells increased with a formation of decidua.These results suggested thatincreased expression of LN and FN was associated with the process of implantation and the decidual function.
