摘要
为探讨非何杰金恶性淋巴瘤 (NHL )的细胞增殖及其与凋亡调控基因 bcl- 2、 bax表达状态之间的关系。利用免疫组化方法检测了 6 2例 NHL 中的 PCNA、P5 3、bcl- 2及 bax基因蛋白的表达水平。结果显示随着 NHL 恶性程度的逐增 ,PCNA、P5 3及 bcl- 2蛋白的表达率、表达强度及其阳性细胞密度逐渐增高 ,低度恶性组明显低于中度及高度恶性组 (P<0 .0 1) ;而 bax蛋白的表达情况则相反 ,低度恶性组显著高于中度及高度恶性组 (P<0 .0 1) ;但它们四者在中度及高度恶性组的表达均无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。提示 NHL 中不仅存在大量的增殖细胞 ,而且还伴有细胞凋亡调控的异常 ,细胞增殖与凋亡的失衡在NHL 发生发展中可能起重要作用。
To explore the relation between proliferation and the expression of bcl 2 and bax gene in non Hodgkin′s lymphomas, the expression of PCNA, P 53 , bcl 2 and bax genes was detected by employing immunohistochemical staining in 62 NHL. The results showed that the positive rate, staining intensity and density of positive cells of PCNA, P 53 and bcl 2 increased gradually with the development of malignant degree of NHL. They were obviously lower in low grade non Hodgkin′s lymphomas than those in intermediate and high grade non Hodgkin′s lymphomas ( P <0 01). The level of bax expression was significantly higher in low grade non Hodgkin′s lymphomas. They had no remarkable statistic difference when intermediate grade non Hodgkin′s lymphomas were compared with high grade non Hodgkin′s lymphomas ( P >0 05). It indicated that a lot of proliferation cells existed in NHL accompanied by abnormal regulation of apoptosis. The disturbed balance between cellular proliferation and apoptosis may play an important role in the development of NHL.
