L-NAME对大鼠急性脊髓损伤的影响 被引量:3

摘要 实验采用雌性 Wistar大鼠 15只 ,分为正常对照组、生理盐水对照组和 L - NAME治疗组 ,后两组制成急性脊髓损伤模型 ,于术后每天一次腹腔注射 L - NAME (2 0 mg/ kg)或等量生理盐水 ,连续七天 ,然后处死动物 ,行脊髓 NOS和 Nissl染色。结果显示 ,L - NAME治疗组脊髓 NOS阳性神经元染色较生理盐水对照组浅 ,组间光密度比较 P<0 .0 5。此外 ,生理盐水对照组脊髓神经元还出现尼氏体移位、减少 ,甚至消失等现象 ;这些改变在 L - NAME治疗组较轻。因此我们认为 ,大鼠急性脊髓损伤可诱导神经元 NOS表达 ,L - NAME可对其损伤修复起促进作用。 Wistar rats were divided into three groups: normal control group, saline solution (NS) control group and L NAME therapeutic group Incomplete spinal cord injury model (218gcf) were made in the last two groups After operation, the rats of L NAME group were injected with L NAME (20 mg/kg/d) for one week The rats of NS group were injected with NS equivalence Then the rats were killed for enzyme histochemistry of NOS and Nissl stain The results were as follows: More NOS positive neurons of spinal cord were stained dark blue in NS group And the photodensity of NOS positive neurons in NS group is higher than that in L NAME group ( P <0 05); In addition, translocation, decrease or vanish of neuronal Nissl bodies were showed in NS group All these changes were much less in L NAME group In conclusion, acute spinal cord injury of rat might induce the expression of neuronal NOS and continuous application of L NAME might promote the repair of incomplete spinal cord trauma \;
