摘要
选择性地对大鼠单根触须刺激后 ,通过原位杂交组织化学检测相应的躯体感觉皮质内即早基因 c- fos的表达、局部定位以及与刺激强度的关系。结果表明 ,触须的刺激导致了相应皮质内即早基因 c- fos表达增加。脑皮质第 4层基因表达最明显。且基因表达量与刺激强度成正比。从脑皮质细胞组成方面证实了 c- fos表达主要在皮质第 4层的星形细胞 ;在最强的刺激后 ,星形细胞邻近的神经元也被标记上了。结果提示 :感觉输入可影响即早基因 c- fos的表达。即早基因的表达受神经元活动的调节 ,这种基因调节是神经元整体功能所必需的一部分。
The expression of immediate early genes c fos, localization and relationship with the intensity of stimulation were studied in the somatosensory cortex with in situ hybridization after stimulating the vibrissa. The results showed that stimulation led to the increase of c fos expression that chiefly restricted in radial columns of corresponding cortex. The gene expression was most distinct in layer Ⅳ of cortex. The magnitude of gene expression was proportional to the intensity of stimulation. Cellular composition in cortex confirmed that vibrissa stimulation induced c fos expression mostly in stellate cells in layer Ⅳ, and neurons around stellate cells were labeled after the strongest stimulation. The results indicate that the expression of immediate early genes c fos is affected by sensory input and regulated by normal neuronal activity. Such gene regulation is an integral part of neuronal function.\;
