通过调查分析师范院校女大学生的思想道德现状，我们认为其主流是健康向上的，但是她们也存在现实理想高于政治信仰、功利性强、道德偏差、心理疾病增多等问题。本文提出了相应的教育对策。

According to the investigation and analysis to the woman students?ideology and morality present conditions in teacher抯 college, we think its main aspects are healthy, but there are also some questions, such as the practical idea is more important than the political religion, more utility, deviation from morality, more disease in mentality etc. In this essay, some corresponding educational tactics were worked out.
