偏爱“差生”辩

摘要 在全面推进素质教育的过程中,偏爱“差生”是一种全新的教育观念,一、偏爱“差生”能够产生最佳心理效应,符合素质教育的要求;二、偏爱“差生”符合因材施教的原则,是一种更高的教育教学艺术,不会产生负效应;三、人生需要赞美、绝大多数“差生”是可以转变的。 Having a preference for backward students is a quite new idea put forward in the course of pushing on quality education. This paper deals with the reasons for doing so from three aspects: First, this can bring the best mental effect and can meet the requirement of quality education. Second, This is in conformity the principle of teaching students according to their natural ability. It is a better art of education and teaching and has no negative effect. Third, everyone needs compliment. Most backward students can turn better by means of it.
