在新的历史时期 ,高校办学规模的快速扩大及各项管理体制改革的逐步深入给高校学生工作带来诸多挑战 ,本文通过阐述新时期高校学生工作的内涵和地位 ,分析新时期高校学生工作面临的主要挑战 。
The constantly expanding of school scope and the progressively penetrating of management reform in the new age have been bringing a lot of challenges to students administrating. This paper makes an exposition of the connotation and position of students administration in the new age, and analyzes the challenges lying ahead, and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
