进入21世纪,党的建设遇到了前所未有的新课题。面对新形势、新问题,重温列宁思想建党原理,总结近100年来国际共运的经验教训,使我们更坚定了既要坚持,又要发展的前进方向。在列宁思想建党理论的基础上,以江总书记“三个代表”思想为指针,把党的思想理论建设放在首位。坚持思想建党创新原则,在坚持马克思主义指导地位的同时,在思想建党理论、内容、方法上全面创新。

Party building has encountered new c hallenges into the 21st century.Reflecting Leninist' s Party building principles and generalizing the cen tury' s experience and lesson in internati onal communist movement,we are further de-termined in our advancing direction both unyieldingly and developingly.Guided by,Leninist' s Party building theory,by General secretary Ur.Jiang' s'Three Representations'an CPC' s ideology theory,we shall also stic k to the innovation principle of ideological party building,in the fields of its theory,its contents and its methods,to build CPC into the leading core in pushing forward socidistic c onstruction cause.
