发展非公有制经济是由中国社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度决定的。在改革开放的推动下,福建省的非公有制经济迅猛发展。而在非公有制经济组织中开展党建工作是一个党的基层组织工作的新领域,党建工作者必须提高思想认识,按照“三个代表”重要思想的要求,从福建省的实际出发,解决重点难点,抓好非公有制经济组织的党建工作,探索非公有制经济组织党建工作新思路。

The development of non -state -owned economy is based on the basic economi c system at the primary so-cialistic stage in china.The non -stated -owned economy in Fujian Provin ce has been growing fast under the policy of'reform and opening to the outside world'.Party construction in this economi c system is a new field of the Party' s fun-damental organization work.The Party builders should carry out the work and reform according to'three repressentations'and the present situation of the province,and above all,properly arrange the priorities.
