摘要
学院《贫困地区中小学教师继续教育研究》课题组针对1999年5月———2001年2月接受继续教育(以下多简称“继教”)的初中教师校长进行了开放式和封闭式问卷调查,对中小学教师继教工作展开全面研究。本文基于对问卷、讨论、走访、座谈的统计、分析、整理,结合本院近三年来开展继续教育的实际,得出贫困地区初中教师继续教育的若干结论,提出今后开展此项工作的建议设想。
According to the open and closed questionnaire to junior middle school headmasters having received adult education from 1999.5to 2001.2,the college topic commission of Researc h on Adult education of Junior middle school Teachers in Backward Areas make a com plete and full investigation into an d research on the topic.On the bases o f statistics,analyses and rearrangement of the questionnaire,discussions,visits and talks,and the three -year practice on the subject,we draw several conclusion s on it.and put forward some constructive suggestions as well.
