成人大学生的价值取向及其心理因素的影响

成人大学生的价值取向受到社会环境因素的影响,也受到其心理因素的影响与制约,体现在人的不同个性心理对事物具有不同的选择与追求。成人大学生与普通高校大学生相比,心理特征表现为:自我成才意识强烈,心理活动内容的社会化程度高,成才情绪障碍较为严重,从而影响着他们的价值取向,表现在价值本位取向由个人本位取代集体本位,评判标准趋于功利和实用化,价值的行为取向时而陷入矛盾。因此,成人高校应重视对学生良好心理素质的培养,从而引导学生树立科学的世界观。

The value orientation of adult undergraduate is influenced by both socia l environmental and psychological factor,reflected by the fact that students with different psycho -perso nalities have different choices and pursuit.Compared with the ordinary university studen ts,the psychological features of ad ult undergraduate are:strong sense of self -success,highly socialized psychological ac tivities,and serious emotional barriers to self -success.Therefore,t heir value orientations are influenced as well as interfared with,which are exemplified by fact t hat the individual departmentalism takes the place of collective departmentalism;the judgement standard tends to be utili tarian and practical,so that they are always in trouble in respect of their value beh avior.Thus the adult institute shou ld attach importance to the developm ent of good psychological quality and lead the s tudents to building up a scientific w orld outlook.
