摘要
1996～ 2 0 0 0年对我国 982份不结球白菜种质资源材料进行苗期对芜菁花叶病毒 (TuMV)的抗病性鉴定 ,试验结果表明 ,表现高抗的材料有 9份 ,占鉴定总数的 0 .92 % ;抗病材料 4 9份 ,占鉴定总数的 4 .99% ;中抗材料2 5 5份 ,占鉴定总数的 2 5 .97% ;感病材料 2 5 5份 ,占鉴定总数的 2 5 .97% ;高感材料 4 14份 ,占鉴定总数的 4 2 .15 %。
Identification on the resistance to tunip mosaic virus (TuMV) in Brassica campestris ssp. Chinensis Makino at seedling stage was conducted during the period of 1996-2000. Nine hundred and eighty two non heading Chinese cabbage accessions in China were tested for resistance to TuMV by mechanical inoculation in an insect free greenhouse. The result show that nine accessions were highly resistant (HR) to TuMV,making up 0.92% of the total accessions identified,forty nine were resistant (R) to TuMV 4.99%,two hundred and fifty five were medium resistant (MR) to TuMV 25.97%,two hundred and fifty five were susceptible to TuMV 25.97%,four hundred and fourteen were highly susceptible to TuMV 42.15%?
