摘要
对人参果组培快繁技术进行研究 ,结果表明 ,促进人参果试管苗枝叶等营养生长效果最佳 ,并对提高试管苗增殖倍率最佳的培养基配方为 MS+KT2 mg/L+NAA0 .2 mg/L (3 %糖 +0 .9%琼脂 ) ,月增殖倍率为 5 .1 7倍 ,年增殖率可达 3 .6× 1 0 7倍。促使试管苗产生优质根系的最佳生长素配方为 1 /2 MS+NAA1 .0mg/L (1 .5 %糖 +0 .9%琼脂 ) ,这种培养基 ,不但发根多 ,而且根系短而粗壮 ,生理活性旺盛 ,移栽成活率可高达 1 0 0 %。而生根试管苗出瓶移栽时 ,以珍珠岩与泥炭按 1∶ 1 (v/v)的比例均匀混合的基质效果最佳 ,移栽成活率最高 ,达 84.6% ,明显高于其他各组的成活率。试管苗由驯化栽培转向大田栽培时 ,注意浇足定根水 ,适当通风并给予充足光照 。
This paper deals with the method of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Ginseng fruit.The results show that the optimal media (MS+KT 2 mg/L+NAA 0 2 mg/L) can promotes the growing and improvement of the leaves and stems of Ginseng fruit,and the media of 1/2MS+NAA 1 0 mg/L can induces the emergence of strong shourt roots and increases the survival rate of transplantation,in addition,the tube plants are transplanted to the field with adequate water,suitable wind and full sunlight ensure the higher survival rate.
