摘要
以籼型标志基因系和IR3 6三体为工具材料 ,通过杂交研究籼稻矮秆材料一枝腊双矮所携半矮秆基因sdn在染色体上的位置。结果表明 :半矮秆基因sdn与标志基因系 0 1 5所携金黄颖基因 gh 1、标志基因系 0 1 3所携苞颈叶基因nl 1、标志基因系 0 1 0所携黑壳基因Bh、标志基因系 0 2 3所携叶片无毛基因 gl表现连锁 ,sd n与 gh 1、nl 1、Bh、gl之间的重组值分别为 3 0 .1 9%± 0 .1 8%、2 8.0 9%± 0 .2 %、2 8.3 3 %± 3 .2 7%、3 4.80 %± 0 .1 7%。因 gh 1、nl 1、Bh、gl基因均位于第 5染色体上 ,故推定sd n基因也位于第 5染色体上 ,其排列位置可能是 gh 1sdnnl 1 gl。
For investigating the linkage group to which the semidwarf gene sdn belongs, the cross between Yizhi\|lashuangai(YZLSA), a material of sdn carrier of Indica rice, and marker stocks as well as the trisomic lines of IR36 were made. The results indicated that the sdn gene was linked to the marker genes gh1 (gold hull1), nl 1 (neck leaf), Bh (Black hull), gl (glabrous leaf) on chromosome 5. The recombination values between sdn and gh1 , nl1 , Bh and gl were 30.19 %±0.18 %, 28.09 %±0.2 %, 28.33 %±3.27 %, 34.80 %±0.17 % respectively. It was inferred that the sdn gene was located on chromosome 5 and the sequence may be gh1sdnnl1gl .
