摘要
本文根据大量野外调查与统计的交通事故数据,辅以理论分析,建立了交通事故与公路条件的关系,提出了公路交通安全评价方法。根据公路交通量、平曲线半径、纵坡、路面路肩宽度、路面摩擦系数、路旁建筑距路面边缘的距离及交叉口状况,就可确定对交通事故率的综合影响系数K。采用本文的曲线图或公式或电算程序,易于绘出某一给定公路沿线的K曲线。本文的研究成果在公路方案的合理评价和优化设计中有实用意义。
By means of massive field observations and statistics of accident data, accompanied with thoretical analysis, the relation between the traffic accident and highway condition has been established. An evaluating means of highway safety has been presented. According to the traffic volume, radius of horizontal curve, longitudinal grade, width of pavement and shoulder, distance from marginal building to pavementside and condition of intersection, the combined influence conefficient K on accident rate can be estimated. By using provided diagrams or formulas or computer programming one can easily draw out the evaluating chart of K-curve along a given road line. The results of this paper are of great significance in rational evaluation and optimal design of highway projects.
