摘要
本文用丁二酮肟(DMG)作敏化剂,在0.01mol/L KCNS氨性介质中(pH=9),应用微分脉冲吸附伏安法测定了人体样品中痕量钴,确定了最佳测试条件,其检出下限为5×10^(-11)mol/L。实测人体样品,钴的回收率为97.6±7.3%((?)±s),变异系数CV=7.5%。用本法测定了头发、输卵管癌囊液中的痕量钴,均获得满意效果。
A method for determining the trace cobalt in human body by differe-tial pulse Absorption Voltammetry was reported using Dimethylglyoxime (DMG) as a sensitizer in medium of 0.01 mol/L Potassium tMocyanate (KCNS, pH=9). The best experimental condition for determination was obtained. The lower detecting limit is 5×10-11 mol/L, recovering percentage, 97.6±7.3%, and coefficient of variation (CV), 7.5%. Satisfactory results are obtained for both hair and the cystic liquid of tubal carcinoma.
