Based on the urgent demand of computerizing businesses of local tax bu reau, this paper presents a project of solution to the demand by citing an examp le of the developed invoice management system software. It gives a detailed anal ysis about the process of designing the software. The points covered in this pap er range from determining the model and database structure to designing and real izing function.
