摘要 用组化、免疫组化,扫描及透射电镜观察亚硒酸钠对C57BL/6小鼠免疫功能及肿瘤细胞超微结构的影响,以研究亚硒酸钠对移植性Lewis肺癌的抑制作用。ip亚硒酸钠0.75mg/kg对生长肿瘤的抑瘤率为34.1%。给药组小鼠淋巴结中边缘窦及髓窦内充满巨噬细胞,成淋巴细胞应答反应增加。给药组瘤细胞表面平滑,细胞内有自噬泡,变性的内质网较多,染色质颗粒较细较少。结果提示亚硒酸钠抗癌机理主要是加强机体对肿瘤免疫监视作用及其细胞毒作用。 The inhibitory effects of sodium selenite (Na2SeO3) on implanted Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) were investigated in C57 BL mice, 97 of which were randomly divided into two groups. All mice were inoculated with suspension cells of LLC in their left hind-limb muscles. 24 hours after inoculation, one group of the animals was given Na2SeO3 (0.75 mg/kg ip) and another group normal saline. On the llth day, an approximate volume of tumor in the animals was recorded. On the 2lst day, all mice were killed. The immune function and ultrastructures of tumor cells were studied by using histochemical methods and electron microscopy. The results show that Na2SeO3 can inhibit the growth and metastasis of implanted tumor. A great amount of lymphoblast appeared in lym-phoden of Na2SeO3 group. Proliferation of macrophage in Na2SeO3 group was more obvious than that in the control group. It was also found that the surface of cells from the group treated with Na2SeO3 was more smooth and with fewer processes. The above results indicate that Na2SeO3 may possess an inhibitory effect on tumor proliferation and metastasis.
