基于采集与处理的功能分开和企业的实际情况提出了本系统的总体方案，通过对用 户的需求分析建立了以设备为对象的网络数据库，并在Windows NT网络操作系统下，综合使 用Delphi和 SQL Server等工具开发了多机组状态监测与诊断系统。
