摘要
本文报道以四苯硼四环素和硅钨酸四环素为电活性物质,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,制备聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜电极和石墨涂膜电极的方法,在10^(-5)mol/L~10^(-2)mol/L浓度范围内均符合Nernst方程,电极可直接应用于原料药与片剂的含量测定,操作简便、迅速。
This article describes the methods of preparing tetracycline ion-selective PVC membrane electrode and carbon electrode coated with tetracycline ion-selective PVC membrane. These electrodes with ion-pair complexes of tetracycline with TPB-Na and tetracycline with silicotungstic acid as electroactive material and those with dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizer made good response. The Nern-stian response of the electrodes ranges from 10-5 to 10-2 mol.L-1. These electrodes can directly be used to determine tetracycline in pharmaceutical preparation with good results.
