摘要
通过放置惰性宫内节育器(IUD)及3种不同类型活性IUD后,家兔子宫内膜酸性磷酸酶(ACP)及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的组织化学观察,发现各置器组兔子宫内膜ACP活性均较自身对照子宫有所增高,以Cu-IUD组最为明显,且Cu-IUD置器组子宫ACP活性显著高于LNG-Cu-IUD置器组,提示LNG与Cu^(++)有一定的拮抗效应,为发展LNG-Cu-IUD提供了理论依据。在Cu-IUD及LNG-Cu-IUD置器组中,AKP活性虽有降低趋势,但无显著意义(P>0.05)。
In this study, the rabbits' endometrial ACP and AKP activities after wearing inert and three different medicated lUDs were examined by histo-chemical method. It was found that the ACP activities in all IUD groups were higher than their self-control horns respectively, and this was especially true of the CU-IUD group. The ACP activity of CU-IUD group was significantly higher than that of LNG-CU-IUD group, suggesting that LNG could partly lower the increased lysosomal enzyme activity, induced by copper. This provides some theoretical ground for further developing LNG-CU-IUD.
