论文详细地分析了CMOS数字图像传感器坏像素产生的原因及坏像素的检测和补偿算法。
This paper presents a detailed analysis of the occurring reason and features of bad pixels in CMOS digital image sensor.Detect and compensate algorithms have also been introduced.
