摘要
本文以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基体,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,四苯硼蝙蝠葛碱为活性物,研究了膜电极的制备方法及其性能。电极在pH 1.0~5.5之间使用时,线性范围宽且符合Nernst斜率,电极可不经预先分离直接应用于原料药和片剂含量的快速测定。
The construction and performance characteristics of menispermine ion-selective electrode were described in this article. The electrode based on the ionpair complex of menispermine with TPB-Na was prepared with dibutye phtha-late as a plasticizer and PVC as a backbone.At the pH range 1.0-5.5, the Nerns-tion response range of the electrode is wide. The electrode can be used directly in rapid determination of menispermine in pharmaceutical preparation without any pretreatment.
