The Protein Content of Secretion in Human Fallopion Tube

摘要 本文提出并讨论了两种收集人输卵管液的方法——滤纸法及毛细管法。实验结果表明:两种方法所取标本中,蛋白浓度受性激素影响的周期性变化是一致的,即在雌激素影响下升高,并在排卵期达峰值(增生期23.0±2.4μg/mg,排卵期34.3±1.0μg/mg,分泌期20.9±3.6μg/mg)。蛋白电泳结果表明,在白蛋白与前白蛋白间,于输卵管液中,存在着2~3个蛋白带,血清中不存在。它们可能与妊娠有关。 So far, little has been reported in the literature on the secretion in human fallopian tube because it is situated in an anatomical place not easily approached by any means within the body and, what in more, the amount of its secretion is so small. To collect the secretion in human fallopian tube, this article presents two methods: filter paper and capillary. Our experimental results show that, there is no significant difference in protein content between the specimens collected by either of the two methods.The protein concentration in human fallopian tube increases under the influence of estrogen and it reaches the peak value in the ovulation phase (23.0±2.4 μg/mg in proliferation phase, 34.3±1.0 μg/mg in ovulation phase, and 20.9±3.6 μg/mg in secretion phase). Disc-elec-trophoresis reveals that there are two or three kinds of proteinbands between albumin and prealbumin in secretion in human fallopian tube. However, there are no such prottinbands in the serum. It may be suggested that this is related to pregnancy.
