灵芝对老年及老年前期患者血小板聚集作用的影响

Influence of Ganoderma Lucidum on Platelet Aggregation of Senile or Presenile Patients

本文观察了灵芝对15名健康志愿者和33例老年及老年前期患者血小板聚集作用的影响。结果表明,健康者体外给灵芝、老年及老年前期患者服用灵芝片后,均明显抑制二磷酸腺苷诱导的血小板聚集;后者且体外血栓形成亦被抑制。表明灵芝是一种有前途的血小板功能抑制剂,其抗血小板聚集的有效成分和作用机制尚待研究。

This paper presents our observation on the influence of Ganoderma Lucidum on platelet aggregation of 15 healthy volunteers and 33 senile or prcsenile patients. The results of the observation show that the first and second phase platelet aggregations are markedly inhibited (P<0.01), when the volunteers are administered Ganoderma Lucidum in vitro. The maxium platelet aggregation is inhibited when senile or presenile patients are administered 1 g Ganoderma Lucidum 3 times a day for two weeks in vivo (P<0.01). Moreover, the external thrombus formation is also inhibited(P<0.05,P<0.01).The mechanism of action of Ganoderma Lucidum on platelet aggregations and its active principles still remain to be further investigated.
