Homepage authoring is an important part of computer basic education. Learning by doing is the efficient way for mastering homepage authoring. In this article, iTutor, a new kind of teaching software for IT skills training is introduced. Then the core technology of iTutor, the design principle and algorithm of HTML file parser, is discussed in detail. ;;;;
