摘要
我们研制了螯合树脂(DUOLITE ES 467)化学修饰碳糊电极,并用于人体发样中痕量铜的测定。由于修饰在电极上的螯合树脂与铜离子在进行离子交换的同时发生螯合反应,故本法具有较好的选择性和较高的灵敏度。方法的检出下限为6×10^(-9)mol/L。实测人体样品铜的回收率为108.2±8.3%((?)±s),变异系数=7.7%。
We modified a carbon paste electrode with a chelating resin, with which to detect the trace copper in human hair. As the chelating resin in the electrode can exerts a concerted effect of ion exchange and coordination with copper, this method produces a high sensitivity and selectivity. The detection limit is 6×10-9 mol/L. The average percentage of recovery is 108.2±8.3 %(x±s) when we used this method to assay the samples practically. The variation coefficient is CV=7.7.
