摘要
采用3种放射性核素标记技术,对狗腹膜吸收营养素的途径,吸收量及吸收动力学变化进行了研究。结果表明:葡萄糖及苯丙氨酸经腹膜血管的12h吸收率高于淋巴管系统(P<0.05),脂肪乳经淋巴管吸收率明显高于血管系统(P<0.01),经计算机数据处理吸收动力学参数分析,得到营养素在淋巴管、门静脉及体静脉的吸收变化及体内代谢规律,其半量吸收时间为0.5~1h,峰值浓度为10%,半量排泄时间为7.85h。
In order to identify the pathways and the amount of nurtient absorption through peritoneum and to observe the changes in absorption kinetics, three radionuclides labelling techniques were used. The results demonstrated that the absorption rates of glucose and phenylproprionic through peritoneum into portal and systemic veins were higher than those through lymphatic duct(P<0.05). Howver, more fat emulsion was absorbed through lymphatic duct than through portal and systemic veins (P<0.01), By computeraided data-processing, we observed the changes of nutrient absorption in lymphatic duct,portal and systemic viens and metabolic activity in animal bodies The half-time absorption occurred within 0.5-1 h,the peak concentration was approximately 10% and the clearence half-time was 7.85 h.
