摘要
采用 NBT光化还原反应检测 SOD活性时 ,反应系统中蛋白质含量在 10 0 μg以上将对 SOD活性测定造成严重干扰 ,并且干扰程度随蛋白质含量的增加而加剧 ;连苯三酚自氧化系统受维生素 C的干扰 ,当反应系统中维生素 C的含量在 2 0 μg以上 ,则明显抑制连苯三酚的自氧化 .
The assays of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity by photoreduction of NBT was interfered when the protein content of the reaction system was more than 100 μg, and the severity of interference increased with increase in amount of protein present; The auto oxidation of pyrogallol was also inhibited when the vitamin C content of the reaction system reached over 20 μg.Electrophoresis indicated that different SOD active bands were obtained from the crude extracts of the same plant on polyacrylamide gels of different concentration.
