This paper deals with a discussion on the concepts of so salled agrotechnical eco system and the contents of technical eco standards and eco strategies in the science of agrotechnical ecology. Diminishing negative effects in the work of popularizing agricultural techniques to a least level is possible only in a stage that must conform to the technical eco standards and to carry into execution of a correct tactic based on the ground of ecological culture, through the ecological eduacation.
