摘要
综述了植物转基因技术及安全性研究进展。介绍了植物转基因技术、转基因产品的基本概念和基本方法 ;植物目的基因的基本类型 ;植物转基因技术的现状和发展趋势 ;现已商业化种植的转基因植物种类以及在世界范围内的分布。还介绍了转基因产品的安全及安全性评估原则 ;转基因技术的安全性管理和监控措施。
The paper reviews the research progress of plants′ transgenic technology and the safety, including the basic concept and the method of transgenic technology and its products, the fundamental types of plants′ target gene, the present status and developmental trend of this technology, and the commercially planted transgenic species and the range in the world. Meanwhile, the safety of transgenic products and its estimate standards as well as the managenment and monitor measures for safety are introduced, and comments on the developmental trend and the safety of plants′ transgenic technology are also made.
