摘要
从山羊肉的营养特性、我国羊肉生产及贸易现状 ,阐述了发展肉羊生产的必要性和迫切性 ;从波尔山羊的特点、波尔山羊对部分山羊的杂交改良效果 ,阐明了波尔山羊在发展肉羊生产中的地位和作用。
According to the nutrition characteristics of goat mutton,the production of goat mutton and the current situation of mutton trade in China,the necessity and the impendency of goat mutton production are described.The position and the role of Boer goat in developing mutton sheep production,some problems in the applying of Boer goat are also discussed according to the characteristics of Boer goat and the hybrid improvement results of Boer goat with native goats.
