植物诱导抗病性及其在棉花病害防治中的利用 被引量:2

摘要 植物诱导抗病性是指经诱导物处理后 ,植物体对有害病原菌产生抗性的现象。生物诱导物和非生物诱导物皆可诱导植物抗病性的产生。植物诱导抗病性早在 2 0世纪初即被发现 ,现已成为国际上重要的农业研究领域 ,并被认为是植物保护的一种新途径、新技术。迄今已发现 2 ,6 -二氯异烟酸 (INA)、苯并噻唑类制剂 (BTH)、氨基丁酸 (BABA)等多种诱导物可诱导棉花产生对黄萎病、枯萎病及叶斑病等的抗性。植物诱导抗病性具有不可遗传性、可控性、广谱性和持续性等特点。文中对植物诱导抗病性的产生机理和研究中存在的问题进行了评述 ,并对诱导抗病性和遗传抗病性相结合 。
