This experiment investigates the influence of Guinea climatic tropical conditions on the rate of feed consumption and feed/meat ratio of hybro broiler chicken, with the aim of coming up with internal feeding management hand book in the future. 888 newly hatched broilers of both sex were selected and group into four batches, 222broilers per batch. The results were as follows: the accumulative total feed intake of the four batches during the whole process were 4 745.58g per broiler, 4 507.44g per broiler, 4 692.73g per broiler and 4 545.77g per broiler, respectively; the total feed intake of the second, third and forth batch were 5.28%,1.13% and 4.40% less than that of the first batch, respectively; those of the second and forth batch were 4.11% and 3.23% less than that of the third batch respectively; the feed intake of the second batch was 0.85 less than that of the forth batch, and were less than those of the first, third and forth batch; the feed/meat ratios at the forth week of the four batches were 1.23,2.03,1.90 and 1.67, respectively and the feed efficiency was high; at the seventh week, they were 3.78,2.97,2.56 and 2.52, respectively, the feed efficiency were higher except the first batch; the rate of total feed consumption of the four groups of chicken were 4622.88g/individual, and the feed/meat ratios of the four groups were 2.28. The average of the total feed intake of the four groups compared with the original source (hybro broilers in Holland) the standard is 4.7% less than 217.12g. This experiment indicates that the influence of Guinea climatic tropical conditions causes reduction in both a feed consumption rate and feed/ meat ratio.
