摘要
本文采用快速氚-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)掺入法对13例肺癌细胞进行体外微量培养(96孔板,每孔0.1ml悬液,培养3h),12例获得成功(92.3%)。同时对3种抗癌药物(PDD,VCR,MMC)采用直接加药于体外系统的成俏稀释法(分3种浓度)进行药敏测定,结果1~10mg/L药浓组敏感率与临床有效率相符。
Tumor cells from 13 patients with lung cancer were cultured for three hours in 96-pore dishes with rapid 3H-TdR incorporation assay. Successful culture was obtained in 12 cases (92.3%). Meanwhile, drug sensitivity test was conducted with MMC, PDD and VCR at 1 mg/L, 10 mg/L and 100 mg/L dilutions. It was found that the sensitivity rate of the drugs was similar to clinical effectiveness rate in the 1-10 mg/L concentration range.
