摘要 采用并流沉淀法制备了Cu-Ni二元催化剂,研究了SiO2的加入量和焙烧温度对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明加入SiO2可明显提高Cu-Ni二元催化剂活性,加入量以Cu(Ni):SiO2=1.5为好,最佳焙烧温度300℃。文中方法制备的催化剂用于大豆油的催化加氢,表现出很高的催化活性。 Abstract:Cu- Ni bibasic catalyst is prepared by paralled flow precipitation method using silica as disperser. The amount of silica addition and calcination temperature are studied. The result indicates that activity of Cu -Ni bibasic catalyst can be raised significantly by adding Si02. The suitable amount of Si02 is Cu(Ni)/Si02 = 1.5,optimized calcination temperature is 300. The catalyst prepared by mentioned method is of high activity for hydrogenation of soybean oils.
