摘要
采用丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为主单体,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,通过对单体配比和乳化剂用量的选择,得到了一种粘度适当、稳定性良好的乳胶,并进一步考察了涂层的附着力、硬度和抗水性。结果表明,该胶可以满足多种类型乳胶涂料的要求。
Abstract: A latex with proper viscosity and good storage stability is prepared by butyl acrylate(BA) , ethyl acry-late( EA) and methyl methacrylate ( MMA) as main monomers , and methacrylic acid ( MAA) as functional monomer, through selecting the ratio of monomer and addition quantity of emulsifier, a latex with suitale viscosi-ty and good stability is obtained. Further investigation to adhesive power,hardness and water resistance of the coating indicate that the acrylic ester latex can meet the requirement of all kinds of latex coatings.
