摘要
利用微波加热技术,在密闭容器内对样品进行微波加热,能大大加快其反应速度。本实验测定了不同水样中的高锰酸盐指数,讨论了微波功率、微波时间、介质的酸度等因素对分析结果的影响,并与标准方法相对照,用t检验法及F检验法检验没有明显差异,多次加标回收率在98%-103%之间,RSD≤1.2%。 该法具有省时、省力、经济,不污染环境,便于普及推广,易于批量分析等优点。
Abstract : Using a new technology of microwave heating, digestion under the pressure in a closed vessel high speed measure permanganate index in water sample. It is discussed the effect of analysis result by microwave power, microwave time, acidity etc. Contrasted with standard method, using t- test and F- test to check up the result , there is no significant difference . The results of the recovery rate is 98.0% ~ 103% , and RSD ≤1.2%, This method has many advantages,such as savable in time,labour and money, without pollution the en-vironment , appropriate for batch analysis and easy to spread etc.
