摘要
一、前言放射性碘标记的邻-碘马尿酸钠在核医学上广泛地用于肾扫描和肾功能的检测。早期,邻-碘马尿酸的标记大多采用水溶液体系,热熔融体系,热液熔融体系的交换法来制备。但是,这些方法反应时间长,交换温度高,标记物的稳定性差。
This paper describes a fast and simple method for preparation of ^(131)I-ortho-iodo-hippuric acid using CuSO_4 as a catalyst. This method not only lowcrs the temperature of labelling ortho-iodo-hippuric acid, speeds up the reaction and gives high yield, but aslo suits the requirement of large scale production.
