摘要
采用高锰酸钾对 PA N原丝进行化学改性 ,借助扫描显微镜、透射电镜、化学分析等方法 ,对化学改性处理后的纤维形貌、表面及内部结构进行了初步的研究 ,并对化学改性得到的碳纤维力学性能进行了初步探讨。结果表明 :高锰酸钾在预氧化中能降低环化温度 2 0℃左右 ,改性后的碳纤维强度提高了15 %~ 3 0 %、模量提高了 5 %~ 10 %。
The PAN precursors were treated with KMnO 4 aqueous at 85℃ on line. The structure and morphology of chemically modified PAN precursors were preliminarily studied by SEM, TEM and chemical analysis. The mechanical properties of the resulted carbon fiber were discussed. The results showed that KMnO 4 caused cyclization temperature to decrease by about 20℃, moreover, the strength and the modulus of the resulted carbon fiber were increased by 15%~30% and 5%~10%, respectively.
