摘要
采用熔融纺丝法纺制聚对二氧杂环己酮 (PDS)纤维 ,用 IR、X衍射、DSC测试了纤维的结构、力学性能 ,在模拟体液中测试了生物降解性能 ,收缩力和收缩率。实验表明 ,PDS初生纤维具有良好的力学性能 ,在 60℃下拉伸 6倍 ,强度达 2 .97c N/ dtex,伸度 98.1% ,在模拟体液中具有优异的生物降解性 ,收缩力和收缩率均较小 。
The melt spinning was employed to produce PDS fiber. The structure and properties of PDS fiber were determined by IR, X\|ray diffractometry and DSC. The biodegradability, contraction force and shrinkage rate were measured in simulated body fluid. The experimental results showed that PDS as\|spun fiber had good mechanical properties. The strength and the elongation were 2 97 cN/dtex and 98 1% respectively after drawing at 6 times under 60℃. PDS fiber exhibits excellent biodegradability and lower contraction force and shrinkage rate in simulated body fluid, so it can be used as biomedical materials like looper thread.
