摘要
用高锰酸钾为引发剂 ,将粘胶纤维与丙烯酸接枝共聚 ,研究了接枝共聚反应工艺条件对接枝率的影响。结果表明 :高锰酸钾浓度 ,预处理温度、时间 ,硫酸浓度 ,丙烯酸浓度 ,反应温度、时间均与接枝率有关 ,反应中选择高锰酸钾浓度 0 .0 7mol/ L ,预处理温度 5 0℃、时间 2 0 min,硫酸浓度 0 .0 8mol/ L ,丙烯酸浓度 1.2 m ol/ L ,反应温度 90℃ ,粘胶纤维接枝率可高达 72 %。
Using KMnO 4 as an initiator, viscose fiber was graft copolymerized with acrylic acid(AA). The effect of the process conditions of graft copolymerization on the graft yield was studied. The result showed that the process conditions, such as KMnO 4 concentration, pretreating temperature and time, the concentrations of H 2SO 4 and AA, react temperature and time, etc. had a bearing on graft yield. The graft yield of viscose fiber can be up to 72% under the conditions of KMnO 4 concentration of 0 07 mol/L, pretreating temperature of 50℃ and time of 20 min, the concentration of H 2SO 4 and AA of 0 08 mol/L and 1 2 mol/L respectively and react temperature of 90℃.
