摘要
影响腈纶短纤维卷曲性能的主要因素有丝束总线密度 ,卷曲箱高度 ,卷曲压力温度 ,丝束张力 ,宽度及热定型温度。实验证明 ,卷曲轮宽度进丝量为 1.1kdtex/mm较合适 ,卷曲箱高度 8~ 12 mm较好 ,卷曲主压为 0 .2 5 MPa,卷曲温度 75± 1℃ ,丝束张力 0 .5 MPa时 ,可获得较好的卷曲性能。通过调节卷曲前及卷曲中的工艺及设备 。
The factors affecting the crimpability of PAN staple fiber include the overall denier of tows, crimp box height, crimping pressure and temperature, tow tension and width and heat setting temperature. The experimental results proved that the rational tow feeding should be 1 1 ktex/mm corresponding to crimping roller width, and the height of crimp box, the crimping primary pressure, crimping temperature and tow tension should be selected as 8~12 mm, 0 25 MPa, 75±1℃ and 0 5 MPa, respectively, thus the better crimpability could be obtained. The optimization of the technological process and equipments before or during the stage of crimping could improve the crimpability of PAN staple fiber.
