摘要
本实验以H~#为淬灭指标,用液闪及井型NaI(Tl)晶体探测仪器,一次完成对~3H,^(14)C,^(125)I的三标记测量及淬灭校正。並观察了不同程度淬灭、不同的核素活度和活度比值对校正误差的影响。结果表明,在中度淬灭条件下(H~#<227),低强度范围内,校正误差均在10%以内,旦该方法操作简单、迅速、可靠,基本上可以满足实际测量的要求。
H~# as quench indicator, with help of triple-label proceeding computer program, ~3H, ^(14)C, and ^(125)I triple label determination and calculation method was established on well crystal detector and liqid scintillation detecting system. At the same time, the effects of various quenching, different ~3H, ^(14)C, ~125)I activities and activity ratios on cal culated errors were observed. The results showed that the calculated errors were below 10% when H~#<227 and nuclidic activities were relatively lower. The advantages of this method are as following: simple operating, quick result and the metabolism of three substances which are labeled distinguishly with ~3H, ^(14)C, and^(125)I may be observed at the same sample and same time.
