摘要 我国的超高压国家基准经改造后 ,在 15 0 0MPa以下准确度为 0 .0 5级 ,在 15 0 0MPa以上至 2 5 0 0MPa准确度为 0 .1级 ,不能满足进口的准确度 0 .0 5级的 14 0 0MPa活塞压力计的检定需要。为此 ,经国家质量技术监督局批准 ,现已研制成功了 15 0 0MPa可控间隙活塞压力计 ,该压力计采用 80°锥核作密封器件 ,工作活塞的圆柱度优于0 .1μm ,采用了独特的力偶方式推动活塞的转动 ,增压器的工作寿命可达 6 0 0小时。该压力计的准确度达到 0 .0 2级 ,灵敏阈为 0 .0 3MPa ,总体性能达到当代国际先进水平。 The national high pressure primary standard had been reconstructed, but its accuracy is 0.05% below the pressure of 1500MPa, 0.1% in the pressure range of 1500MPa to 2500MPa, it is not satisfactory for verification of imported piston gauges which have an accuracy of 0.05% at pressure 1400MPa, Having the approval of State Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision. Now the controlled clearance piston gauge for pressure up to 1500MPa have been developed. A 80° cone has been used as sealing element, the cylinder of piston is better than 0.1μm,a special torsion couple rotary apparatus is used to rotate the piston, the operation lifetime of intensifier are near to 600 hours. The accuracy of this piston gauge is 0.02%, the sensitivity is 0.03MPa, the technical performance is corresponding to international present advanced stage.
