摘要
建设工程投标报价过高或过低都会影响中标。投标人应核准企业成本 ,制定合理投标价格 ,并使其报价对评委具有说服力 ,才能在工程投标竞争中取胜。
Affecting winning the bidding if the tender price is too high or too low.The bidder should ratify the cost,institute reasonable tender price and make the quoted price more persuasive so as to win the bidding in the tender competition of construction.
