天津可持续发展的定量研究

A Quantitative Study on the Sustainable Development Capacity of Tianjin

采用定量的方法评价了天津可持续发展实力 ,深入研究了天津可持续发展的动态变化 ,并以可持续的发展观对天津 2 0世纪 90年代的发展情况加以评价分析 .发现天津的总体可持续发展实力正在逐步得到增强 ,但还存在诸多问题 ,如第三产业发展较慢、二元经济结构突出、水资源的制约、环境支持系统的不稳定性以及环境、经济和社会发展的不同步性等 。

Tianjin has acquired enormous achievements since the reform, however,a series of problems emerged during the rapid economic growth. This paper evaluates the sustainable development capacity of Tianjin from 1990 to 2000 by the principal component analysis, and accordingly analyzes the factors which limit the sustainable development of Tianjin, such as inconsistency of economic structure, lack of water and imbalance between economy and environment. Then the paper gives some suggestions for the sustainable develepment in Tianjin.
