Three dimensional finite element analysis of precise gear forging

开发了齿轮精密锻造三维有限元分析软件系统 ,采用三维弹塑性大变形有限元分析方法 ,分析了精密锻造过程的力学响应 ,获得上模、精锻齿轮和下模应力与变形的详尽信息。

Using 3D FEM for elastic plastic finite deformation, the mechanical response in the process of gear precise forging is analyzed and the details concerning the stresses and deformation of the upper mould, precisely forging gear and lower mould are obtained. A software system of 3D finite element analysis for precise gear forging is developed.
