摘要
针对金属卤化物灯的启动特点,介绍了一种面向对象的金卤灯再启动特性可视化自动测试与分析系统。详细阐述了该系统的硬件组成,测试原理、方法以及软件设计,使用结果表明,该测量系统不但效率高,而且精度高,实现了对金属卤化物灯内在性能的在线监控,对提高金属卤化物灯的质量及其生产工艺水平有重要的指导意义。
In allusion to starting character of the metal halide lamp, this paper presents a visual autotest and analysis system of the starting character of metal halide lamp by the object-orientedtechnology. The paper introduces the hardware construction and test principle and methodand design of software detailedly. The application of the system showed that this systemimprove the efficiency and precision of measurement and realized the online monitoring ofthe inner property of metal halide lamp and it also will take more important role in improvingthe quality of lamp and its produce process.
